DreamStay began with a question that we asked ourselves in 2021 – “How do we build the best portfolio of luxurious, comfortable, and incredibly-located properties that will appeal to families, couples and groups, as well as corporate and business travelers?” DreamStay is founded on the idea of challenging the status quo of vacation and business travel. Our one-of-a-kind properties provide you with a truly exceptional and memorable experience.
Policies
- A 3% transaction fee is charged on all transactions, including payments and refunds, made with a credit or debit card.
- Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking minus a 6% transaction fee. If the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
- Smoking is prohibited at all properties. If any evidences are found you will be charged a fee of $350.
- Please be respectful of limit of guests at each property. Any addional unauthorized guests will be charged $150 per person. Holiday and local event rates are subject to change.
- Credit card will have a hold for any damages. It will only be charged if damages are found after your stay.
